Simple Solution

I was never into my business conferences. They were always humdrum and doleful. Never once we had some piazzas, or something preppy. The conferences were always so stagnant that it never seemed we ever made any progress. It was possibly because of the setting, being gray and gloomy. Most likely, it was the boss. He is a inanimate figure, unmoving, not even his hands experienced some sort of motion. However, one day the boss wanted us, his employes, to host the next conference. We were also given absolute power also. Why would he resort to that puzzled us. He possibly took noticed of the lack of progress. Anyways, we took great advantage of this opportunity as we believed at the time that we can further the company greatly with good conferences. We then came to one simple solution. What was that solution? We replaced the boss. Ever since the conference venues always seemed more pleasant.
